We ordered this play set and we also were stuck with fixing it ourselves. The company did a poor job on the build, the Wood was not treated and started rotting and wearing within a year and they did not honor the warranty. The set is 4 years old now and we have spent more repairing it than the set cost new.

Very poor customer service. Our set was delivered missing items. We have worked for over a month and yet to receive the hardware. Ordered an additional item (slide), missing hardware and still trying to receive this as well. It's good build quality but once you have it, if you have any problems you are on your own.

I bought a Pot-o-gold designer playset. I love the fact that you can position their add-ons where you want to some degree. I chose professional installation and a local installer called me 2 weeks after I ordered to say they were ready to install. I had a problem with the slide contacting the support brace of the monkey bars. I sent Kids Creations pictures of the install. For whatever reason, customer support would not comment on if it was a proper install or a design issue. I was told to call the installer. I finally got them to come out and they made corrections on how it should have been installed in the first place. Aside from that, it is a great playset. Quality is definitely there in lumbar, parts, and design. I feel confident the playset is made to last. Would highly recommend Kids Creations. Don't even think about installing this yourself. Our installer took about 10 hours for just one person.

Kids Creations is simply a cut above all others! Not only are their play sets the best out there, but their customer service is exceptional. We purchased one of their very large Redwood sets in 2006, I think its called "The Ringmaster", but it has held up to four obnoxious kids using it for the last ten years. It has also survived 3 corporate relocations in which it was taken down and erected by professional installers that all they do are play sets and everyone of them has commented on the unbelievable quality of this unit. The simple things that may go unnoticed when you are shopping at the "other" places are things like downloadable instructions when you need it to reassemble or the unbelievable response you get from the customer service over Thanksgiving and they send you some directions for erecting the tube slide. I can not say enough about this fantastic company that "WOWs" you from the start of the ordering to the many years of completely satisfied ownership. Yes, I am writing this review 10 years after owning this playset because its that GOOD! Without hesitation I strongly recommend Kids Creation! Thanks again Kids Creation and CSR Matt Fuller for making this family proud, longtime owners of your product!

I ordered a new swing set for my kids and I am very pleased with it. This kit was delivered to my house and assembled on site. All I had to do was tell them where to build and keep the kids busy as they anxiously waited for the project to be complete. The installation was well worth the extra money. I didn't even break a sweat. The kit is sturdy and the wood looks strong with a nice color. My kids and their friends play on it every day and I would highly recommend this company and it's products/services to a friend.

Kid's Creations installed a redwood playset for us this year and we could not be happier. The entire process was, dare I say "fun", and mostly painless. The people at the stores were friendly and knowledgeable, the people who set up the installation called me right away and went over everything with us. The installer was AWESOME!!!!! It took him most of the day to install our playset, which we would not have been able to do in a long weekend. I would defiantly recommend Kid's Creations!!!!
